From Spet. 28 and Oct.1, the 9th Sino-Korean University Presidents Forum was held in Chegonju, CHUNGCHEONGBUK-DO of South Korea. About 100 university presidents from Chinese and Korean universities attended the forum. Yao Jun, the vice-president of China University of Petroleum took the participation. 

　On the forum, the presidents exchanged ideas on the topic of 'the fourth industry revolution and higher education'. It was divided into three parts, 'future talents, future education and future profession'. Yao Jun gave a speech introducing the related work that the univeristy has conducted in internet industrialization, intelligence robot and clean energy. As he pointed, universities should promote education practice by innovation and  new cultural concepts. He also held talks with leaders of Chungbuk Ntional University, Korea University, Chonbuk National University, Hanyang University, Konkuk University.

　The forum was launched by ministries of educaiton of China and South Korean. The annual event has made great contribution to the communication of higher education of the two countries. As planned, the 10th Sino-Korean University Presidents Forum will be held in Yanbian University of China next year.
