IntroductionAndreas Löschel, professor of energy and resource economics of Universitaet Muenster. His research focuses on applied microeconomics, energy economics and climate change economics. He has published more than 50 papers on key journals, such as Nature Climate Change, Applied Economics, Ecological Economics, Economica, Energy Economics, Environmental and Resource Economics and  been honored as one of the top 50 most influential economists of Germany.
