From April 18th to 20th, The Fifth International Conference on Digital Core Analysis & The Workshop on Multiscale Numberical and Experimental Approaches for Multiphysics Problems in Porous Media was held UPC.

In response to the new situation of global epidemic prevention and control, the conference adopted a domestic offline + foreign online method. 18 scholars with national title gave reports on the current cutting-edge technology of multi-scale numberical and experimental methods for multiphysics problems in porous media.

Since 2012, UPC has organized five international conference on digital core analysis technology, which has developed into a internationally influential Chinese version on the digital core technology meeting. It has provided an important platform for the discipline construction, international development, and academic exchange of the university.
