Recently, College of International Education held a Chinese speech contest “I love Qingdao” for international students.

　　During the competition, international students displayed their proficient use of Chinese and their knowledge of Qingdao. Finally, Bie Ke from Uzbekistan and Jiefu from Somalia won first prize.

　　The contest encouraged them to improve their enthusiasm to learn Chinese language. Before the contest, individual tutoring was offered between Chinese and international students, which enhanced communication and understanding between them.
