On 7th, Jan, 2014 Graduation Ceremony for International Students was held. President Shan Honghong awarded degrees for 45 international students graduates. 

On the ceremony, the valedictorian ASKHAT from Kazakhstan, showed his appreciations for the university and said, he would make full use of what he has learned in UPC to contribute to the friendship of the two countries. On behalf of the faculty, Zhao Jun also gave the best wishes to the graduates. 

So far, about 1000 students from over 70 countries have come to UPC for study, with degree students accounting for 92%. In UPC, they not only learn specialized knowledge, but also learn Chinese and its culture. In the future, the university will offer different resources and attract more international students.
