Recently, UPC officially launched Huicui College to  carry forward the elite education of UPC. Liu Huadong, vice-president, Feng Qihong, the dean of  Huicui College and student representatives attended the   inaugurating ceremony. 

Huicui College is set up for outstanding students who will recieve a different education here. It has the science class and art class and will adopt the small-class teaching to give students a more specific training. Vice president Liu Huadong showed his congratulations to the establishment of Huicui College. As he said, the college will perform the core task of the university to cultivate specialized talents and be built into a model of elite eduction which focus on both fundamental and specialized sides.
