        Introduction:
       Don Iveson, current Mayor of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, was graduated from University of Alberta. In year 2007, he joined the Edmonton City Council, and was elected as mayor of the city after 6 years.
       Edmonton, the capital of Alberta, is Canada's fifth-largest municipality.  As a cultural, governmental and educational center, it is home to North America's largest mall, West Edmonton Mall , and Fort Edmonton Park, Canada's largest living history museum.  A short distance to Canada’s largest oilfield, Edmonton is the gathering place of most refineries in western Canada. Since May 2001, Qingdao has established friendly and cooperative relations with Edmonton.
