Introduction:

Prof. Sheng Chen now works in department of Electronics and Computer Science, University of Southampton. He is the fellow of Royal Academy of Engineering. His research fields are mainly intelligence learning system, nonlinear system modeling, wireless communication. He has published more than 500 papers which have got a total citation of 9200 in 2015 by ISI and 19400 by Google Scholar. In 2004, he was the most- cited professor  by ISI's ranking of engineering subject around the world.
